大統領のパレードに沸くアメリカ。しかしパレード中に謎の少年が現れて、衆人環視の中、大統領を拉致すると、レストランに立てこもってしまう。この空前絶後の事態に世界中に激震が走る。そしてその世紀の犯罪の犯人はなんと…刃牙だった！！

US is excited about the president's parade. However, a mysterious boy appears during the parade and kidnaps the president. After the kidnap, the boy held the president hostage in a restaurant. This unprecedented incident causes tremors all over the world. And the criminal of this centurial crime is Baki!
